Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, property address and any details you share when you fill out a form, request a home valuation, call, text or email us.
  • Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. We collect this with cookies and similar tools from Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other advertising partners.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and provide real estate services you ask for.
  • To send you market updates and property information. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve the website and our advertising.
  • To show you relevant ads on other sites and apps (remarketing).

Sharing with advertising partners

We share information with service providers that work on our behalf, including Google and Meta. This includes using site activity for remarketing. It also includes securely uploading hashed (encrypted) contact information, such as email or phone, so those platforms can show our ads to existing contacts (for example Google Customer Match and Meta Custom Audiences). These partners may not use the data for any other purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Ads: you can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA and CalOPPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request access to it, correct it or delete it. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but you can use the opt-outs above.

Security and retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
