The Reserve San Clemente Homes for Sale, CA

The Reserve is a tranquil set of communities in the San Clemente region of California.

The Reserve, San Clemente, has been one of San Clemente’s newest and most exciting communities since the turn of the century. Homes in the Reserve started construction with Shea Homes and feature four communities behind controlled gates with ocean and canyon views. Each of the four communities has its unique architectural style with various floor plans and sizes of homes. Even with varying focal points, each of the four communities has access to wide green spaces, which also serve as wildlife conservation sites. When you’re ready to set up your habitat in this beautiful neighborhood, give our team a message, and we’ll make sure to help you find your next home.

MULTIFOCUSED HOMES: The Reserve, San Clemente, consists of four gated communities in the Forster Ranch area of Southern California. The first community is the least expensive, but its charm lives up to its price tag with its huge Spanish and Tuscan-styled homes. Close by are three other neighborhoods that offer a wide range of options, including Bungalows, Arts and Crafts, Seaside, and Mediterranean-style houses. The Reserve East, notably from this last group, offers an unparalleled view when you look out at the ocean, which is unbeatable for these higher-end properties. These dwellings will undoubtedly appeal to a wide range of home hunters.

CONSERVATION: There are many options for people looking to buy homes for sale in The Reserve, but most of the land has been preserved as natural open spaces to protect several habitats. Some of the habitats in the area that still thrive because of this conservation clause are the coastal sage scrub, oak woodlands, and vernal pools, among others. And so far, research indicates seven endangered species of animals you can find locally in the neighborhood. Residents of The Reserve deeply respect their surroundings and keep their streets clean and green life lush to contribute to the conservation efforts.

SAFETY: Not only is The Reserve a beautiful place, but it’s also serene, given that not much traffic passes through the area. Only residents and their guests are allowed in. Staffed security patrols the area and can easily coordinate with the local authorities to apprehend any wrongdoer. However, not much criminal activity happens in the area. So, properties and families feel secure in their homes and on the streets. Night runs and exploration within the neighborhood is worry-free because you won’t have any fear of being jumped. Disaster control is also something that emergency responders can handle. So, in the rare cases that calamities strike, an immediate response is given by emergency and medical staff.
